Terms we keep
Customer data stays put
It remains in the customer’s environment. We do not use it to train models, and we do not move it for our own use.
An officer decides
NGSW prepares the picture and the options. It does not issue an order.
Markings travel with the record
Classification is stored on the record and limits who can open or release it.
Decisions can be reviewed
An order and the records it relied on can be produced from Acta.
The customer can leave
The data model and the audit log stay with the authority if the contract ends.
